Delivery status

Delivery statuses indicate how long it is expected to take until a given product is delivered. In the shop, a separate delivery status can be defined for each of these time periods, e.g. 3-4 days, 1 week, etc. Under Settings / Delivery / Delivery status, after calling up the page, these statuses can be viewed and changed. When a delivery status is marked so that it is highlighted in blue, both the German and English designation are displayed in the box on the right side. In addition, the number of weekdays and the upper threshold value are shown.

When the delivery status is marked, the unique ID number of the delivery status is also listed in the address line of the browser: http://www.deinshop.de/admin/shipping_status.php?page=1&oID=1 This number is also used during product import and export. If delivery statuses are to be assigned during import or products are to be updated by this, the menu item Settings / Delivery / Delivery status, after calling up the page, can be used as a reference.

The selection of a delivery status by the shop is based on the stock level of the respective product. For this, the upper threshold value is used. As soon as the stock level drops to this threshold value (or below), the delivery status is active for the product.

Note

The entry for the upper threshold value is only displayed if the checkbox for Update delivery status automatically is set. This can be changed via the button Configure delivery status. The delivery status is only updated with an order.

To adjust the settings for a delivery status, select it and click Edit. Now the German and English designation of the delivery status, the number of weekdays and the upper threshold value can be changed. In addition, the delivery status used by default can be reset and a Google Shopping availability associated with each delivery status can be assigned. Finally, the assigned graphic (see column Delivery status in the table) can be changed, which marks the delivery status in color. Clicking Save applies the changes.

Via the button Insert delivery status, a new delivery status can be created. The setting options here correspond to editing the delivery status.

Via the button Configure delivery status you reach the setting_ Update delivery status automatically. The checkbox should be set here if the delivery status is to be updated after an order. If the checkbox is not set, no update takes place. Via the setting Activate delivery status display, the display of the delivery status can be switched on or off overall. In addition, the setting Delivery status_ displayed when creating or editing a product is shown or hidden in the Gambio Admin.

The button Delete is used to remove a delivery status. After clicking the button, a security prompt takes place. Click Delete again if you want to remove the delivery status.

The delivery time entry includes the link Different abroad. The display of this link can be activated or deactivated for each individual status under Settings / Delivery / Delivery status, after calling up the page. To do this, select the respective status and click the button Edit.
